What Students Experience
At Docera, we believe students shouldn't have to wait until medical school to begin exploring the field they're passionate about. Our programs introduce high school students to the science and practice of medicine through engaging, physician-led learning experiences that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and independent exploration.
Engage in Medical Research
Go beyond the classroom through opportunities to complete independent medical projects. Students can explore topics that interest them, strengthen their scientific writing and critical thinking skills, and build a portfolio of work that reflects their growing interest in medicine.
Develop a Network & Community
Build meaningful connections with both physicians and fellow aspiring doctors. Through regular interactions with a physician instructor, students have the opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and develop a mentorship relationship. They'll also connect with like-minded peers who share their passion for medicine, with opportunities to collaborate on projects, exchange ideas, and form lasting friendships.
